Data Use and Sharing: This app is used for the users (employees and customers) of Holtzman Home Improvement. The collected data include customer names, Employee names, addresses, emails, and telephone numbers. This app also captures employee locations via GPS for work efficiency and customer experience purposes. GPS Location capture, SMS, and emails are used for communication between company management as well as customers and employees related to their projects. The GPS location, the SMS, and the emails are sent after getting consent from the customers and the employees.
Location, Contact, Camera, Photo, permission is asked/prompted for consent of the user in the App automatically prior to capturing GPS, contact, camera, and photo information.
The data is only used internally within the company only to enhance customer service and employee performance. The captured data is never shared or sold such as but not limited to customer or employee personal data with any third party.
For the performance of a contract: The development, compliance and undertaking of the contract for the Services You have availed or of any other contract with Us through the Service.
To contact You: To contact You by email, telephone calls, SMS, or other equivalent forms of electronic communication, such as a mobile application’s push notifications regarding updates or informative communications related to the functionalities, products or contracted Services, including the security updates, when necessary or reasonable for their implementation
To track your live location and movement: Your Location Data is collected during operational hours to track route and to facilitate business requirement, Services, and operation.
This app collects location data to enable enroute location tracking for activity and time tracking access for payroll management even when the app is closed or not in use.
Retention and Handling of Your Personal Data and Location Data
The Company will retain Your Personal Data and Location Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. We will retain and use Your Personal Data and Location Data to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations (for example, if we are required to retain your data to comply with applicable laws of the Country), resolve disputes, and enforce our legal agreements and policies.
